Grab a book - Now is a great time to start a book on your reading list. Books can provide a little escape for us, stimulate our minds and even soothe our spirits.
Get some fresh air - Step outside (while adhering to social distancing guidelines) to enjoy the sunshine and fresh air. Studies have shown that fresh air can help to fight depression, give you an energy boost and strengthen your immune system.
Move your body - If you are used to going to the gym on a regular basis, you may be struggling to replicate your gym workout at home. Many fitness instructors are offering free daily workouts on Instagram live, and there are a number of free workout apps that you can download on your phone, tablet or computer. Do a little searching and choose one that works best for you.
